Kenya State House Reveals The President’s Favourite Musician And It Is Not Jaguar

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta, and with that I mean up to date or ‘digital’ presidents, tend to stay updated on what is new in the entertainment industry. For example, everyone knows that President Obama is a big fan of rapper Jay Z and his wife Beyonce and he dislikes one of my favorite rappers Kanye West. Kenyan President has his preferences too. While the former prime minister Raila Odinga is a big fan of Jaguar’s Kigeugeu and now Ken Wa Maria’s fundamentals, Uhuru’s taste is a little different.
Judging from his relationship with rapper Jaguar and singer Ringtone, one would think they are his favourite artistes, but as Kenyan State House spokesman revealed to Easy Fm t, that is not the case. Apparently, Uhuru Kenyatta is a big fan of local gospel music and his favourite musician is the one and only Rufftone.

Well, according to celebrity net worth, a site similar to Forbes magazine but only concentrates on celebrities and their money, Lupita is worth about 43 million shillings. Yeah, she is rich and famous. According to the website, her money has come from her acting and directing careers.

Lupita Nyong’o is a Kenyan actress and music video director who has a net worth of $500 thousand dollars. Lupita Nyong’o was born in Mexico City, Mexico, where her father was serving as a guest professor at the El Colegio de Mexico. She grew up in Nairobi, Kenya, and spent part of her junior year of high school in Mexico, studying Spanish. She went on to graduate from Hampshire College with degrees in Film and Theatre Studies. After graduating, she worked as a crew member on such films as “The Constant Gardener” and “The Namesake”, as well as directing an award-winning documentary, and the music video for “The Little Things You Do”, by Wahu. She decided to return to school to study acting, and was accepted to the Yale School of Drama. She played a variety of roles while at Yale, and won the prestigious Herschel Williams Prize in 2011.

Nazizi Divorces Husband of 5 Years

Kenya’s First Lady of rap, Nazizi, is seeking divorce from her husband of five years. The two have been separated for a year and are said to be finalising the divorce.
Speaking to Nairobi News on Tuesday, she confirmed that the marriage was done and dusted.
“I cannot divulge any more information on it, but I can confirm to you that the marriage is over,” she said.
Nazizi and husband Vinny, a Tanzanian, secretly got married at Jamia Mosque before relocating to Lamu in 2011. They have a son together though Nazizi and her son have since relocated to Nairobi.
“It was hard to live in Lamu; I needed to come back to Nairobi where the rest of my family members are.” She added.

On whether the two are still on talking terms, this is what she had to say;
“We are still talking because of our son, but our marriage is over,” she explained.
Nazizi has full custody of her son although her ex husband visits every once in a while.
